I eat here all the time and love it. The employees are a bit stand offish at first but they provide quality service and the food is amazing
Always clean and well maintained, which is a good sign the food is good. I loved this place for years and they never fail to have clean and tasty food. Wings never overcooked - lo mein not soggy, crab sticks crispy on outside, tasty inside. Fried rice perfect.
As a Brooklyn girl..... I know what good Chinese food is. This is very close to what I am used to. This was the first location we have tried and we be ordering from here again. Calling wasn't a struggle and the man taking the order was very patient with trying to find our address. The food arrived hot and in a timely fashion. We were nearly biting our nails because we were skeptical. The food was fresh and tasty. We ordered pork fried rice, general tso chicken, fried shrimp and chicken wings. The fried chicken could use a little more salt and the rice can use some more vegetables and soy sauce. Other than that... It's a winner.
I have to give this restaurant a 4 because I really enjoyed some of the dishes. **** I do have to note that some of the dishes did fall a little short. My family and I are New York ex-pats now living in New Jersey. We love Chinese food but haven't been able to find a place that comes close to the watered down americanized version of sezchuan chinese food we have grown to love. But this restaurant really comes close!! Here is the good: 1. The sesame chicken and general tso chicken were crispy and really tasty! 2. The general tso chicken was flavored nicely with a mild heat. 3. Large portions that 2 people can share. 4. They give you 2 free cans of soda if you order over 20 dollars 5. Food was cooked really quickly (even for Chinese food) Here is the bad: 1. They do not take credit cards :( 2. The egg rolls were greasy (but still tasty, lol crazy I know!) 3. The rice was a little bland and not as fluffy as we are used to but my daughter liked the rice when mixed with the chicken. Overall I gave it 4 stars because it is a great little local chinese place that offers tasty food at a great price even if it has a few shortcomings.
By far the best in the area. Very clean and fresh food. Always friendly and speak very well in Spanish which is a plus in around the area. A++ for the effort.
